Breastfeeding Week Activity in Chisasibi!

Lorraine Pachano, CHR, Sherry Ann Louttit, CHR  and Jani Cheseaux, nutritionist at the Chisasibi Community Health, in collaboration with Mabel Matches and Marie Jane Chiskamish from Headstart, held a Breastfeeding Support Group meeting from 2 to 4 PM at the Nudiwashau Daycare Center yesterday, Wednesday November 7^th, 2012.

Two fun activities were carried out and an elder shared her experience with breastfeeding. Nine mothers and one child attended the festivities and were able to enjoy healthy food platters and drinks.
